I’ve been utilising Dan’s special splint for 7 months and can honestly say I feel naked competing without it. It’s been my secret weapon in achieving world best times for women aged 35-39 in both the Flying 200 and the 2000m Individual Pursuit at the Australian National Masters Track Championships 2016 (as well as two other personal best medals). From the beginning, I was impressed with Dan’s process, explanations, follow-up and interest in real results. My power data with and without the splint show unequivocally the performance benefits. Because I can get better intensity in my training, I can get better adaptive changes, which means more potential for high performance in competition. For anyone interested in optimising performance results, Dan’s splint is worth assessing. I won’t compete without it.
